First, don't use the term "your beliefs" as you can't speak for me as you don't know my personal beliefs. Most of them may shock you to be honest.

If you're against gay marriage, don't marry someone of your own gender.
If you think there is a homo agenda being taught to your children, take them out of that school.
If you feel our borders are too wide open, petition to put a halt to visas and join the Minutemen.

And I could go on. It all ultimately comes down to this: none of this is being forced on you and your family if there is a choice and it's clearly evident that there are choices.

Also, you don't speak for the majority of Americans nor does anyone else on this site. To even claim such a thing is utter ignorance and egotism.

I think seeing the country separate would be a truly fascinating experience. If you want to do something as basic and boring as just saying "red states here, blue states over there", I would love to see the economic and trading impacts it would have. Would the red states not trade with the blue states on a matter of principle? How would the blue states adapt to not having direct access to America's breadbasket? Would the blue states see a dramatic rise in the quality of life given that any taxes gathered would not have to go to the red states? Would people from the red states migrate to the blue states to perform menial jobs? And so on.

We should devide and do it peacfully before there is any anger. Like a bad relationship we should recognize this and act in both our best intrest before it's done out of anger. If you have ever been in a bad relationship but you got out of it you realize...Why did I wait so long to do that? We could maintain our Heritage, but devide to allow for suttle different's West and East. Still the USA but with modern allowances for change.

I think the majority of Americans prefer to not have someone else's view forced upon them. Which is why allowing the government to make laws which removes the rights of others seems a bit hypocritical. Legally forcing someone to not be able to marry someone they love, or that they can't make a decision regarding their own body seems more like the government is forcing views on individuals.
Fearing communism and liberalism is a fear of change. It is easy to say that you don't want the government to approve of such things when you are in a position of privilege. Laws should not be made to protect the majority. I always thought America was supposed to support those who had no voice.
If this country is losing that ability, that would make secession a lot more appealing.

...??? peacefully, yea right, maybe THEY (sucede-ing party) are peaceful, but dude that can only be seen as an "agressive stance agenst". Has anybody tried to reason with/ask an officer NOT to handcuff them until they are bieng charged? ANYBODY? this is usually seen as "agressive action agenst an officer", you could get tackeled and beat up, have your arms ripped around like the gang-bangers, and trailer-park hicks on COPS.

what i'm saying is, this can only be seen as negative to any authority figure, who is then trianed to agressively neutralize the situation. then the "peaceful" get pissed (rightfully so) and retalliate then it's just discredited as criminals fighting the law.

We need a REAL revolution, we need to limit the powers of our government to make them entirely transparent, elections must cease to be popularity contests, our laws/rules need to focus on liberating personal rights/freedoms with no tolerance for "leeching"/"bleeding" the system alowing those unfit to take care of themselves to fade and die. we need a leader who has no affiliation with any one group/religion/belief.

The fact that 43% of hispanics believe states have the right to secede from the union should be disturbing to the public. Hispanics are the fastest growing segment of the population and are now in the majority in some areas, this should be cause for concern. Will future hispanic/latino majorities in the Southwest attempt to secede after they achieve demographic superiority? Personally, I don't believe secession by any state is very likely. Our country is united by common economic links that would make disruption very expensive. Additionally, there is too much demographic mobility for regionalistic sentiments to become too strong. People do not identify as strongly with their home states as in the past.

My problem with liberalism is via the courts, your beliefs, (gay marriage, homo agenda in schools taught to children, open borders, federally funded abortion, appeasement, disarmament, etc., all bunched together with the stench of communism) is what bothers me and the majority of Americans.

And stop using the term "liberal" like it's a bad thing. Liberal thoughts and beliefs have a valid place in this country just as much as conservative thoughts and beliefs. It was very "liberal" to offer blacks, women and non-land owners the right to vote. Republican, Democrat, liberal and conservative has all become nothing than terms thrown around without much thought being given to the meanings.

Lastly, if you're a true American, you'd accept those that don't believe in god just as much as people that may believe in other things.

Uhhh, guess what ? Texas already has that right & can do it at any time. It routinely comes up for vote in the legislature & never get's a 100% vote. We joined the union by peace treaty since we were our own country beforehand. Other states have that right as well.
Remember, our forefathers wanted "The People" to have the rights, not the ruling elite.
